Arrival – 5:00 PM<br><br>
Please join us at 4382 Ross Crescent. Enter through the gate on the left side of the house and make your way to the backyard. From there, we’ll walk together to the beach.<br><br>
Alternatively, you can access Stearman Beach via the public entrance at 4388 Ross Crescent, West Vancouver, BC V7W 1B2<br>
<br>
Ceremony – 5:30 PM<br><br>
Our ceremony will take place at Stearman Beach. We will be east of the public beach entrance. The beach is small, you’ll find us!<br>
<br>
<i>Reception to follow</i><br>
Location: 4382 Ross Crescent, backyard<br>
<br>
6:00 PM – Light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres served on the patio<br>
7:00 PM – Dinner will be served<br>
8:00 PM – Cake cutting<br>
8:30 PM – Outdoor fire on the patio<br>

<i>Bus</i><br>
There is one direct bus from downtown Vancouver the 250 Horseshoe Bay Bus which goes every 30 minutes. The last bus is at midnight, Surprisingly convenient! <br>
<br>
<i>Car</i><br>
There is street parking with a 2-hour time limit, located along Ross Crescent and Marine Drive. You can also park at Isseta Cafe Bistro which is located about a 3-minute walk from the house on Marine Drive at 4360 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC V7V 1P1. There is no time limit on parking at Isetta, I asked them if we could use their parking lot and they said no problem. <br>
<br>
<i>Uber / Taxi etc</i><br>
The house is located about a 30-minute drive from East Vancouver depending on traffic. August long weekend is the Pride Parade weekend in Vancouver (the Pride parade is Sunday, August 3rd). This just means it might be busy.<br>

<i>Dress</i><br>Nice night outfit, but it's still outside so you will need to bring shoes that can work for the beach, or shoes to change into.  There will be a space to store bags and coats at the house. Please bring layers because it can get windy at night when the sun goes down (8:50 pm). <br>
<br>
<i>Rain</i><br>If it rains, we will still have the wedding at 4382 Ross Cresent we will move the ceremony to the undercover area at the house and we will move the reception inside the house. There will be no change to the schedule or plan otherwise.<br><br>
Unfortunately, we cannot host any children due to safety concerns regarding the pool in the backyard area where the reception will be.  We appreciate your understanding.<br><br>
